0.5% seller brokerage and 0.5% buyer brokerage policy
Saanjh Realty charges the seller 0.5% and the buyer 0.5% of the agreed sale value for a successful property purchase arranged through Saanjh Realty, online or offline. The payment milestone, applicable taxes, and any separately requested services must be stated in the brokerage agreement before proceeding.
Third-party assets
Property images, developer material, maps, and market references may come from owners, developers, partners, or public sources and remain subject to their original rights and accuracy.
Client responsibility
